I have disputed this account with all three credit bureaus ( TransUnion, XXXX, and XXXX ) and directly with the creditor under the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ). To date, no supporting documentation has been provided to verify the accuracy, ownership, or current status of this account. The information reported by each credit bureau is inconsistent and contradictory, indicating a failure to conduct a reasonable investigation : TransUnion reports Charged off as bad debt purchased by another lender.
