Deposits and withdrawals. On XX/XX/scrub> 2025, I attempted to log in to my Citibank online banking account and was unable to access it. I contacted customer service and was told there was a false lock on my account. After further review, the representative said there was a block on my account but could not explain why. I was transferred to multiple departments, and eventually was told that my account was in the process of being closed and that I would receive my funds within XXXX to XXXX business days. I verified my identity as requested, but I was still not given any clear explanation for the block or closure.
