Problem with rewards from credit card. I booked tickets on XX/XX/XXXX in XXXX XXXX using US Bank ( XXXX XXXX ). Departure Booking ID : XXXX Return Booking ID : XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX XXXX refunded my tickets in full. Even after two weeks US Bank ( XXXX XXXX ) is not refunding the full leg, only refunded one leg of the ticket. Called Customer care three times with promise to get call back and never returned. Everytime they are behaving as if this is the first time I am calling. Refusing to let me talk to supervisor. Advising me to call back other time as supervisor and dont know when he will be avilable to talk. Please, I need the refund in full.
