Account information incorrect. I am filing a complaint because my creditor is reporting late payments on my XXXX XXXX account ending in XXXX that are inaccurate and not properly verified. I have disputed this directly with the credit bureaus and the furniture, but the late payments remain without proper validation or documentation. Under 15 USC 1681s-2 ( a ) furnitures must report accurate information under 15 USC 1681i . The credit bureaus must preform a reasonable investigation within 30 days.
