Funds not handled or disbursed as instructed. On XX/XX/XXXX I was issued a refund by a store. I looked at my account and it's showing a hold until XX/XX/XXXX. I called the merchant and they called their bank to confirm the transaction was done on their end. I them called venmo explained what I did and was told their refund process takes XXXX business days. I explained according to their website it takes XXXX minutes. I escalated the call to a supervisor XXXX who could not explain the process to me and she refused to transfer me or put a call back request to her supervisor. " They don't take calls ' .. why can nobody explain when the money is there the refund can not be released. I do understand the money venmo is making while everyone 's refund is sitting in their account for a week
