Privacy issues. I have had a relationship with Bank of America for over 10 years. Over the years I have reached out to them multiple times requesting to stop any mail offers, notably balance transfer checks or any other loan offers. it usually stops and over time, maybe 6 months later it resumes again. I have reached out to them twice this year in an attempt to stop any mail that is not government mandated, however, I keep receiving these offers at least XXXX or twice a week. I would like your assistance in having this issue resolved and stop any loan offers sent to my home address indefinitely. Thank you, XXXX XXXX.
