Didn't receive notice of right to dispute. I have been trying to contact a debt collection agency called XXXX and XXXX XXXX to inquire about a debt. They have threatened me with legal action and I cant even get ahold of the company. I have tried calling XXXX of times they just hang up on me and I have reached out by email no response. How am I supposed to resolve anything if needed if they cant even be reached. Any help with this is appreciated
