Transaction was not authorized. On XXXX XXXX XXXX, I visited the Fifth Third Bank branch at [ XXXX XXXX in XXXX XXXX XXXX to get assistance with disputing a fraudulent transaction in the amount of {$3000.00} that I believe was unauthorized and/or processed in error. During that visit, the branch manager XXXX XXXX told me, youre not getting your money back, and refused to escalate the matter or provide a written explanation of the banks decision. His statement appeared to pre-judge the dispute without investigation. I left the branch immediately after that interaction. I have not received a written resolution, refund, or follow-up since then. I am requesting that Fifth Thirds executive resolution or corporate investigations team review my case and provide a fair outcome to this
