Old information reappears or never goes away. I am filing a complaint with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau ( CFPB ) regarding inaccuracies on my Equifax credit file. Although I received a letter from Equifax confirming that my personal information is accurate, my most recent credit report still contains outdated and incorrect details. Specifically, it lists a previous address, XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, NJ XXXX, which I no longer reside at. I have also noticed an incorrect late payment, which is significantly impacting my ability to secure financing to save my business and provide a home for my family.
