Credit reporting or other personal consumer reports — EQUIFAX, INC. (FL)

Account status incorrect. I am filing a formal complaint against Equifax for inaccurately reporting XXXX XXXX accounts as having late payments and being charged off. This information is completely false. Both XXXX accounts were in good standing for over XXXX years, with no missed or late payments, and were paid in full in XX/XX/year>. Despite this, Equifax continues to show multiple late payments followed by a charge-off status, which is entirely inaccurate and misleading. Importantly, the other XXXX major credit bureaus are reporting these accounts accurately as paid in full with no delinquencies. Only Equifax is misreporting this information. These false entries are damaging my credit and constitute a violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ), which requires Equifax
