Randomly around XX/XX/XXXX or XXXX, my Klarna Debit card would not allow me to withdraw funds transfer funds or even use the card on my phone anywhere I would try to use it at. it sent me a page that said I needed to verify my identity using my passport ID or drivers license and upload a selfie. I did this so many times I cant even count and it still said they can not verify my identity and it said it helps if I update my profile information so as XXXX that was, I had no idea what it meant so I called customer service. I tried with customer service for about a few days and did every possible thing.
