None. I received a letter dated XXXX/XXXX/15 stating that my credit card with best buy would not renew. They then closed the available credit limit that was available o the card. They stated that my score was too low. On XXXX/XXXX/15, I then went online to pay on the card as I do every month, manually. I found that the company had already paid on my account for XXXX 2015. After looking further into the matter, I found that they had set my account up for recurring payments without my consent. I called the number as listed on the recurring payment made for the month and spoke with XXXX staff ID # XXXX who stated that I called back in XXXX and set up recurring payments.
