Escrow, taxes, or insurance. Back in XX/XX/year> I noticed that taxes for two properties were being paid out of my escrow account. I reached out to freedom and they could not confirm or deny whether or not I was paying taxes for my property in another property so I had to research myself and find out that I was in fact paying taxes for two different properties. Starting back in XX/XX/year> I submitted multiple requests to get the incorrect parcel taken off of my account and to be reimbursed for the taxes that were incorrectly paid out of my escrow. Multiple research inquiries are completed and concluded that in fact on both properties, even though he representative that I talk to him on the phone insured me that I only owned one property and that the other incorrect property would be taken
