I am filing this complaint against Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion for continuing to report a XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX tradeline that is unverified, inaccurate, and legally insufficient under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. After multiple disputes, the furnisher responded with nothing more than generic boilerplate letters and a glance report, which does not constitute legal verification. They failed to provide : Any original signed contract or agreement ; Any chain of title or assignment proving legal ownership of the account ; Any actual documentation tying me to this alleged debt. This does not meet the standard of a reasonable investigation required under FCRA 611 ( a ) and violates the bureaus duty under FCRA 607 ( b ) to ensure maximum possible
