Reporting company used your report improperly. I am filing this complaint because multiple credit bureaus and furnishers are reporting false, inaccurate, and unverifiable information on my consumer credit file in violation of my rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( 15 U.S.C. 1681 et seq. ), Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ( 15 U.S.C. 1692 et seq. ), and Consumer Financial Protection Bureau Enforcement Authority. Despite no valid contract or verification, false addresses and unverified accounts are being reported that have caused severe credit score damage, financial harm, and emotional distress. WRONG ADDRESSES REPORTED : These addresses are completely inaccurate and have no connection to me. Reporting of incorrect personal identifying information is a direct violation of FCRA
