Need information about my balance/terms. In a recent attempt to finalize re-payment options for my student loan with Navient Solutions, I was told that there was a second loan which had not been accounted for in addition to my current loan that shows a balance of {$2800.00}. When I inquired about this second loan I was told that it was a larger loan with a balance of around {$11000.00} and that I needed to address this XXXX as well or I could be facing possible action and even wage garnishes. I informed the Navient representative that I did not want to accept any unknown loan without seeing paperwork regarding this " new '' account. I have been making payments on my account since XXXX, formerly through XXXX XXXX, and since then I have made an estimated {$10000.00} in documented payment
