Unexpected increase in interest rate. For record : I dont have a paper trail of payments because I used Carters Easy Pay option to make what I thought would be the first and only payment. Then I ripped up the card and now I dont know my card # so Im unable to make an account. I made one purchase with this credit card earlier this year around XXXX or XXXX. I missed a payment and the bill accumulated a late fee. I called the company asking for them to waive the fee and on the phone, the person told me that in addition to the late fee, I was being charged for paper statements and something else. While on the phone, I asked her to waive those additional fees as well because I never agreed to paper statements. She confirmed and did the math over the phone of what I owe and thats what I paid
