Credit card company isn't resolving a dispute about a purchase on your statement. I have a Capital One credit card with a {$300.00} limit. My payment is {$25.00} monthly. My payments are due on the XXXX of the month. A few months I was a little later paying than the XXXX of the month. My mother was in XXXX in a critical state and she was in the hospital several months in which I stayed with her every night at the hospital. Needless to say, with the critical situation with my mother paying my bill on the XXXX slipped my mind, however, I paid a few days later or several days later XXXX. I was never 30 days late.
