None. Cashapp froze my account for " fraud '' even though I've received funds for the same purpose for a year and a half. I was told XXXX hours and I would have an explanation and my account would be unlocked. I called, multiple times over the XXXX hours and was told each time I " just have to wait. '' No explanation or update. They have maybe XXXX numbers and departments, and one of them is just paid to repeat whats on the screen, and the only other person after that is a manager so customer service is all but non existent. Under the guise of " your safety '' they have been holding XXXXXXXX XXXX my rent money, with no reason or explanation and it is the time that is most detrimental, as i incur late fees which they will not reimburse me for, I have multiple emails confirming so.
