Account information incorrect. Between XXXX and XX/XX/year>, I submitted multiple disputes to the three national credit reporting agencies Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion regarding inaccurate and unverifiable information appearing on my credit reports. Each dispute included detailed account listings and supporting documentation. I received a response from TransUnion indicating that several accounts were verified, yet no documentation or explanation of the verification process was provided. I subsequently sent Method of Verification requests under FCRA 611 ( a ) ( 7 ) to all three bureaus, followed by Failure to Respond/ Demand for Deletion letters when they did not provide proof of verification within the required 15-day period.
