Credit card company isn't resolving a dispute about a purchase on your statement. Chase sapphire supposedly provides XXXX services as a perk for being a preferred member DoorDash charges for items never recieved also sapphire pays there monthly service fee and XXXX dollars credit Door dash also does not provide the XXXX dollar credit either There are no representatives for XXXX in the XXXX they are in the XXXX. I have tried to get my monies back from XXXX XXXX for items I never recieved with no success I have also never been provided with XXXX dollar monthly credit either Chase does not help with there own services they promote to prompt XXXX to obtain a preferred card The whole thing is a scam
