Problem accessing account. I am a XXXX resident who owned a Florida home. I have now sold my Florida home and require Truist to send all correspondence to my XXXX address. ( They used to do this years ago by the way ) Despite sending them 2 letters, with copies of my passport for identification, they have not done this. Both letters were sent by XXXX from the XXXX and both were signed for by Truist at their head office. In theory I can change my address using the App, but actually this does not work. Ive been trying for 3 months now but all that happens is the app says operational issues when you submit the change, Thats why I wrote. But they have ignored both letters.
