Report improperly shared by CRC. Two months back I had a balance of {$84.00} on my XXXX. Due to a family medical emergency, I could not attend to paying off this amount of {$84.00}. For that, XXXX XXXX did not even contact me thru email, phone, mail or text message and blocked my online account. So, when I tried to login, I could not and had to spend XXXX minutes over the phone to just access my account. Then XXXX XXXX, goes and reports to the Credit Bureau that I am 60 days past due. All my years of building a sound credit history has been hampered by XXXX XXXX customer / account maintenance service. Just want to remind that I took a loan amount and also paid it off well in advance ( 2 years prior ) and yet XXXX XXXX has gone and complaint like a child to the Credit Bureau. It is a sh
