Information belongs to someone else. I previously submitted disputes to Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion regarding accounts appearing on my credit reports that do not belong to me. These accounts were opened fraudulently, and I have no connection or authorization to them. I included an Identity Theft Report along with my proof of identity and address in my previous disputes to verify my claim. Despite providing all supporting documentation, these accounts are still being reported on my credit files, and the bureaus have failed to remove or correct the inaccurate information within the time allowed under the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ). I have made multiple attempts to resolve this directly with the bureaus, but the issue remains unresolved.
