Credit reporting or other personal consumer reports — EQUIFAX, INC. (PA)

Information belongs to someone else. I am writing this letter to you because I feel extremely upset and I need to block, delete, or dispute all incorrect information in my credit report obtained from Equifax. In order to exercise my rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ), 15 USC 1681i, which states that it is your duty to provide me with all actions you took to verify the data in my credit report. If you can not verify the items I am requesting to block, delete, or dispute, it is your obligation to remove them from my credit report immediately. Furthermore, under the XXXX XXXX ( 15 USC 6802 ), I have an essential right to privacy regarding my financial information. Additionally, 15 USC 1681 ( 4 ) under the FCRA states the importance of maintaining my privacy as a consumer in
