Didn't receive notice of right to dispute. I am filing this complaint because Capital One is reporting conflicting, inaccurate, and incomplete information on my charge-off account ( XXXX ) across all three bureaus. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX all show different balances, credit limits, payment statuses, and comments, which violates FCRA 607 ( b ) and XXXX accuracy requirements I have disputed this account multiple times over the past 90+ days, yet Capital One has failed to provide any of the required verification under FCRA 611 ( a ) and 623 ( a ).
