Their investigation did not fix an error on your report. TransUnion is reporting an XXXX XXXX credit-builder account with a late payment and a charge-off status that is factually impossible. This account never involved any money, never had a balance, and could not legally become late or charged off. XXXX and XXXX deleted this same account because it could not be verified. TransUnion is the only bureau still reporting it, and I have disputed it multiple times. Each time, TransUnion responds that the information was verified, but they refuse to provide any proof, documents, payment history, or the method of verification required under 15 U.S.C. 1681i.
