Problem with customer service. There are so many reports online about Citi having poor customer service. I experienced it myself. First, tried to use Citi Mastercard purchase protection for shirts after they were damaged in my laundry. I opened the claim number XXXX and received a request to file a damage claim with the delivery carrier (! ). Absolutely nothing to do with delivery, they didn't even read the claim. Then, after my complaint, they denied saying they don't cover damages from fluids. Again, I never said it was a fluid that caused the issue, to me it was the temperature that shrank the shirts. They closed the claim as denied. Useless benefit, it's there just for marketing purposes and trick customers. Second, I have points I need to transfer. However my card uses a sho
