None. XXXX charged my account {$12.00} even after I checked it as " Do not renew ''. This is for a XXXX account. This was paid for on a pre paid card through XXXX. I called XXXX, explained the situation and that they have done this before. They said can not refund and did n't care that I have had this situation before and been refunded once already.
