Reporting company used your report improperly. The reporting of this Inquiries/charge-off/collection account is inaccurate, incomplete, and unverifiable. The furnisher has failed to provide legally required documentation proving the validity of the debt, the amount claimed, or my liability for it. Continuing to report unverifiable and inaccurate information on my credit file is a direct violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ), the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ( FDCPA ), and my consumer rights. This account is being reported in a manner that is misleading and damaging to my creditworthiness, and I dispute its accuracy in its entirety.
