Don't agree with the fees charged. A federal judge ordered my student loans to be forgiven years ago and XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX hasn't followed the courts order. I've called them multiple times over the last few years. I fall squarely within the XXXX XXXX XXXX settlement class. All of us who intended that school were lied to and a judge ordered our loans forgiven and reimbursed. Years ago, I was told no further action was needed on my part, and they keep telling me that, BUT THEY AREN'T DOING IT. Recently, my loans were * partially * forgiven, which doesn't make sense either because I've only ever attended one school and that's the only school I've gotten loans for. I'm tired of waiting.
