None. Green Tree Servicing initially refused to speak with my client regarding the status of his mortgage following the death of his partner. He filed a complaint with the CFPB. Green Tree was briefly willing to discuss the account. Now Green Tree has rebranded itself as Ditech and is again refusing to speak with him. I am concerned that my client may lose his home because Green Tree/Ditech does not have a uniform policy in place to establish communications with surviving partners -- particularly where a house is held jointly with a right of survivorship and the property passes outside of a formal probate process.
