Banking errors. I opened acct in accordance to a {$320.00} bonus offer for opening an acct and setting up first direct deposit within XXXX days on XX/XX/year>. I learned today XX/XX/year> that my account was closed XX/XX/XXXX without notice for inactivity. I notified social security of my change in direct deposit on XXXX XXXX. Social security confirmed the change and notified mt the direct deposit would change and the first deposit would be made XX/XX/XXXX. At XXXX time wad i informed my acct would be closed prior to the XXXX day window.
