Credit reporting or other personal consumer reports — EQUIFAX, INC. (MI)

Account status incorrect. Please see the attached file. I am filing this complaint due to noncompliance with the FCRA. My consumer report contains inaccurate personal information, unverified accounts, and unauthorized inquiries that were added without my authorization. Despite my dispute, the company failed to properly verify or correct these items as required under FCRA 1681e ( b ) and 1681i, causing financial harm and violating my privacy.
