Credit reporting — Experian Information Solutions Inc. (FL)

Account status. I had a an auto loan with XXXX XXXX for over 2 years in excellent status and paid in full. According to XXXX XXXX Experian is only allowing to report my status only if my account is open and not paid in full. Further more , XXXX XXXX was nice enough to inform me, if they send it to Experian, it will show as an open account and will do me more harm. I wrote to Experian several times and had no answer. Please help.
