None. In XXXX 2015 I received a phone call from the Macy 's fraud department concerning fraudulent charges on my Macy's/XXXX credit card . I told them I did not make the charges and I filled out a fraud complaint/affidavit attesting to this. Since then, they have sent me numerous bills and no follow-up on the fraud complaint. I have not paid any on it, because I was told that would be admitting liability. I have called the fraud department numerous times and they are not willing to help me. Recently, they closed my account and unbeknownst to me, my credit score pummeled. They are now in the midst having a collector contact me. I did not make these fraudulent charges and Macy 's has been aware of this ongoing problem, but were never willing to help me with it.
