Debt collection — ERC (PA)

Debt is not mine. I have been contacted numerous times and continued to be harassed by by telephone by a company called " Enhanced Recovery Company , LLC '' concerning a debt owed by someone else. I have informed them that they have the wrong telephone number and wrong person, but they continue to harass me at all time of the day by telephone robo-calls.
