Credit reporting or other personal consumer reports — TRANSUNION INTERMEDIATE HOLDINGS, INC. (LA)

Information belongs to someone else. I am filing this formal complaint because several furnishers and the credit reporting agencies are reporting inaccurate and unverified information about the accounts listed below. These accounts contain severe factual errors, lack proper validation, and violate my rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ) including but not limited to : FCRA 602 ( A ), 607 ( B ), 611, and 623. I have contacted the credit bureaus requesting proper verification of these accounts, but they failed to conduct a reasonable reinvestigation as required by FCRA 611. I am submitting this complaint so the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau can take action and require the furnishers and credit bureaus to correct these violations immediately. These accounts continue to ca
