Account information incorrect. AmeriHome Mortgage is reporting XXXX inaccurate late payments on my credit report for a period when I was under an approved forbearance plan with them. Their customer service repeatedly denies I was their customer in XXXX, even though multiple AmeriHome agents have confirmed that I was, and that I was in forbearance. I can not get a response from AmeriHomes email team, and the incorrect reporting is damaging my credit score. Details of the Problem : I was an AmeriHome customer throughout XXXX and XXXX. I was under an approved forbearance plan during that period. My loan was temporarily transferred to XXXX for several months and then returned to AmeriHome around XX/XX/XXXX.
