Account information incorrect. I ordered {$1200.00} of clothes from bloomingdales on XX/XX/year>. It delivered XX/XX/year> and i returned and sent back on XX/XX/year>. my refund never was credited on my account. After being told to keep waiting for weeks, i finally disputed so my credit was not impacted. On XX/XX/XXXX, company responded with an update confirming they have issued a credit of {$1200.00} and it will apply in XXXX billing cycles ( XXXX ). It still never applied, i have contacted company by phone and email, all representatives agree it should have applied but cant see why it didnt. ive spent hours trying to get a resolve and no one knows why it says it refunded me but never did 4 months later.
