Checking or savings account — BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION (GA)

Problem using a debit or ATM card. Bank of America atm didnt dispense cash and I started a claim. The banks filed the the claim on the wrong transactions and now the banks filed is saying my account is at risk for closure. There are also transaction on my account that I was trying to get them to help me with but they informed me that they couldnt helps me with that at the moment and that I would have to wait for the claim to be settled.
