Problem with fees. I am submitting this complaint regarding my U.S. Bank Business Triple Cash Rewards credit card account. My account became past due earlier this year. On XX/XX/year>, I contacted U.S. Bank to bring the account current. During that phone call, the representative waived three existing late fees and also spoke to a supervisor that once I made the reinstatement payment, any remaining late fee that appeared on my XXXX statement would be reviewed and waived after it posted. This supervisor mentioned to give call back on Wed XXXX XXXX which i did. Based on that instruction, I paid the full reinstatement amount on XX/XX/XXXX, and the account was brought current. When the remaining late fee posted on XXXX XXXX, I contacted U.S. Bank as instructed. However, I was told that
