Company closed your account. Citibank, Citi Cards has all of the information. First they determined that I was a risk so they reduced my credit. Reducing my credit lowered my XXXX XXXX. Lowering my XXXX XXXX caused me not to have enough points to re-issue my credit card, therefore closing my account. So in essence, Citi card caused a hardship for me, a customer who has never been late on a credit card payment in my entire life. They're taking good people and punishing them. Citibank crashed my XXXX XXXX, then Citi XXXX punished me for having the low XXXX XXXX. This is a scam! Citi card is punishing me for all of the actions that they are taking on their own behalf.
