Credit card company isn't resolving a dispute about a purchase on your statement. In XX/XX/XXXX I traveled to XXXX, XXXX because an eye XXXX. I paid in advanced ( XX/XX/XXXX ) {$1300.00} for an XXXX apartment in XXXX. I arrived on XX/XX/XXXX. in XXXX and went to the XXXX apartment. The person at the buildings reception told us that they didnt have any information from the owner about our reservation. She refused to call the owner because she didnt have any email from him and she did not have the keys. We tried to contact XXXX by phone with no success. Apparently, it was a fraud. So, I called Chase bank to the number in my Chase XXXX card and the agent who spoke with me understood the situation there and told me she would refund that money immediately. And she did it.
