Can't stop withdrawals from your account. I am a XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX I experienced unauthorized XXXX charges on my Chime account totaling {$180.00}. I contacted Chime through their support chat to dispute these transactions. I requested an XXXX accommodation because I am XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Chime confirmed in writing that they can not process my dispute in any non-phone method, even with my XXXX request. They stated that the ONLY way to dispute unauthorized transactions is by phone, which I can not use. This prevents me from accessing essential banking services and prevents me from disputing fraudulent charges.
