I am submitting this third follow-up complaint regarding my prior disputes and formal requests for the permanent removal of inaccurate, unverifiable, and unauthorized items appearing on my credit reports maintained by Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion. Despite multiple prior communications, several accounts and inquiries continue to appear incorrectly, and I am formally requesting their immediate and permanent removal. My XXXX XXXX XXXX accounts, reported in Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion with balances of {$7700.00}, are false, unverifiable, and reported without proper documentation such as a 1099-C.
