Problem making or receiving payments. My XXXX access on my SoFi checking account has been deactivated since early XXXX with no explanation. I contacted SoFi support several times and was told that my access was blocked by an automated system that customer service can not override or escalate. To verify the issue, I contacted XXXX directly. XXXX reviewed my information and confirmed that there are no blocks or restrictions on their end. They stated the issue is entirely on SoFis side. XXXX support even transferred me back to SoFi after confirming my account was fine. When speaking with SoFi, agents went through all verification steps with me and said again that they can not fix the issue, can not escalate it, and can not provide any explanation for why the automated system blocked m
