Problem making or receiving payments. On XX/XX/XXXX I was contacted by a individual who fraudulently impersonated Navy Federal Credit Union. The individual used convincing tactics and representations that caused me to reasonable believe I was communicating with Navy Federal regarding my account security. As a result of this impersonation my account was compromised and multiple transactions occurred on XX/XX/, including XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX transfers totaling in {$7600.00}.
