Credit reporting — EQUIFAX, INC. (MI)

Problem getting my free annual report. Equifax has n't sent my free credit report for the last two years & I know I did things right to get it when I called annualcreditreport.com. Someone from that company 's been lying about it the first time on XXXX to me & I have n't got a response about the XXXX one. I 've also informed the FTC & FBI about it on XXXX.
