I got a notice from the credit bureaus that I had derogatory marks on my credit for {$38000.00} for collections charge off funds from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX This is a government guaranteed unsecured loan that I have nothing to do with. I have not taken out a loan with this agency. And I have not received any money from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXXThis is fraudulent activity by another party.I currently am in collections with this entity over incorrect information. I have filed a police report on XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX for fraud.The number associated with this department is disconnected and does not work.And I can not contact this department. These derogatory remarks are also on my wife 's credit report. The timing of this incident seems to coincide with the government
